Re-visiting My Electric Lunchbox Blog


I bought a piece of chicken leg meat (already) de-boned. And as I would often do, marinate and grill. This time I thought I should put more effort into preparing the piece of chicken. So I used the Drunken Chicken Roll recipe from my Electric Lunchbox blog but steaming from the stovetop.

This was the end result.

I didn’t drizzle the remaining sauce as the chicken was already tasty, tender and moist. Instead, I drizzled a tablespoon of sesame oil and a teaspoon of brandy. However, I saved the sauce that will be served alongside the drunken chicken.
